Get ready for consistency

All we have to start with is creating a solid routine that includes everything you need to create a balanced workout and self care plan. Consistency is the key.

Challenge yourself to keep a daily log of your workouts, nutrition, stretching, water intake and recovery. Checking off the days you accomplished all the goals in your plans will have you motivated to stay consistent.

It is our goal for you to succeed, so we will emphasize self-development, self-care, consistent exercise and nutrition, stretching, and proper recovery.

We customize your colored program based on your goals, fitness level, nutrition, and how strict you want to be. Check-ins and adjustments are made at the end of each program block, and we plan a program that works for you. By utilizing our color system, you are able to transform your body and mind for a lasting lifestyle change while being flexible.


6 week challenge sessions

30 min sessions 4x a week. Your warm-up and cool down are included in class.


Personal training sessions

A cardio warm-up will take place 15 minutes before your 30 minute personal training appointment. You will be in a private recovery room for 15 minutes after your workout to cool down, stretch, meditate, use a massage gun, foam roll, whatever your program option may be.

Unless you just came in for personal training, you will have a total of an hour at the studio.

workout!

Join us for a free beach workout that anyone can come to! Modification for all fitness levels. Body-weight exercises paired with running or walking. 15 mins of relaxing yoga stretch at the end of our workout. We meet to the right of the Granada/A1A entrance. Please make sure to bring a towel or mat, sunscreen, and water!
